Agreement to Terms

All rights in the VIDAR trademark, including but not limited to the name "VIDAR," the VIDAR crown mark logo, and all related designs, are owned by and registered to Vidar Ventures Inc.
Any unauthorized use of the VIDAR trademark, name, or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the site and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Vidar Ventures Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
